Sure enough, I have two accounts at MyVisto...and here...you
people (as usual) are right on top of things!!! Thank you so much for
having the foresight, courtesy, and professionalism to provide a "transfer"
protocol for all us MyVisto accounts. You are simply amazing!!!
Not only that, but your enhancements and additions at fastmail
are great! I don't know who you are...or where you are...or what motivates
you...but, you need to know how appreciative "we"

I just wanted to tell you that I am
enjoying your email service. Some highlights:
- Spell check: Fantastic user interface with pop-up menus
on each error.
- One line preview mode: fantastic!
- Bounce: clever idea!
- General speed: Simple graphics make it good! It takes
half as long to load as any other email I know of...

| Happy Holidays! I just wanted to tell you
how much I LOVE FASTMAIL! I have tried several other e-mail
applications and have been very disappointed with them.
FastMail on the other hand is quick launching, easy to
navigate, and filled with a lot of options. I really like the
color scheme with the light blue. Talk about easy on the eyes.

I really want to commend you on your service.
I have always been looking
for a service like yours. It's nice to be able to incorporate
IMAP folders and
web-based mail if you so desire, which I do! And to be able
to retrieve from other
pop-accounts is an awesome feature also.

I think that for a web
based interface it is very intuitive. it's easy to figure out
how to do the basic send/receive mail as well as well informed
with excellent FAQ and setup info.

Just want to leave a
word about the service you provide.
I have been using a number of online free email service,
namely hotmail.com, MSN.com, email.com, address.com, etc..
fastmail.fm is the best I have seen so far, the speed -
although just signed up, I already noticed the difference. I
will recommend this web service to my colleague and friends.

| This is an amazing service! It really
does do everything I would want in an email service! By allowing
me to specify the "reply-to" address, I can easily
manage multiple email accounts from one screen while at work
(behind a firewall). Plus having the ability to download the
messages to my home machine (via Outlook Express) is such an
added bonus!

Your service is fantastic! The speed of the email
interface is amazing, and the lack of bandwidth-hogging
graphics is a miracle in itself. You wouldn't believe
how long I've waited for a clean, organized, and
easy-to-follow interface. Not to mention the superbly

| For one thing, FastMail
is really fast. And clean. And straightforward. I love having
everything load so fast over my dialup connection. I'm not sophisticated
enough to know why, but messages downloaded to my computer via
POP take consistently less time than the same number from my
Yahoo account.
But the absolutely greatest thing is the responsiveness of
the guys behind the works. I've gotten an answer quickly to
every question I've asked, even if it was the middle of the
night... I really have the sense that FastMail is their baby
and it's going to keep working, and working ever better and
better.

| I learned about this service when Visto
was going under. FastMail is attractive, the style sheets
really look nice! It has a clean simple interface and having
no tag lines is really great! The speed of screen loading is
wonderful!!... I have a lot of crappy free emails and most are
not worth it. I would rather pay for a reliable email. I am
looking forward to the storage as well.
The programmers have done a wonderful job of creating a
great email service that really works and looks great without
those annoying ads!

An
even better alternative is to try out http://fastmail.fm which
is an amazing free e-mail site. It not only gives you web, POP, and
IMAP (so you can read it from any mail program like
Outlook, OE, Pegasus, Opera or whatever) but also has no tag
lines, lets you set your return
address (say to be your hotmail address), and................
for those of you who got "locked in" to hotmail:
IT RETRIEVES YOUR HOTMAIL the way other
sites will retrieve from external POP mailboxes! (yes it also checks your POP ones too)
They also have customizable style sheets,
rules, VERY fast (no graphics!) web pages and
way more than I can mention. Sheesh, I sound like I work for
them, only I don't. They just give
you everything, and I just have to spread the word. They will
be having a fee-based system at
some point that gives you even more, like more space etc.
Check them out, you'll be surprised.

most people can shake a stick at. I believe I have stumbled
upon a jewel in the rough. I am now using Fastmail to provide

| I live in an area where
signing into Hotmail or Yahoo can take upwards of 15-30 minutes
sometimes. And then each message takes 5 minutes to load. However,
two of my friends signed up for fastmail AND logged into the
service in under 2 minutes (and that too on a bad connection
day). They refused to believe how fast the site really was until
they experienced it themselves.
Good work guys. You're the beginning of a new trend/movement!!

| Everybody needs a
reliable e-mail service, and FastMail is it! I originally
found FastMail when I was looking for a POP3 provider. I found
FastMail and started using their IMAP service because it
seemed like a better alternative to P0P3.
One of the many good things about them is their customer
support. If you go to there forum and ask a question, you can
get answers from the guys who actually run FastMail; Not a
goofy Hotmail auto responder.
I originally got Fastmail just because I wanted to use
Outlook Express, but was lured away because the web interface
drew me in and I realized how much faster I got stuff done in
it.
